Kids Welcome. Don’t want to hire a sitter? We will have supervised activities for children ages 3-10. Modest refreshments will be provided. $5 per child, $10 for 2 or more siblings.
Why attend? The main purpose is to gather everyone together in this beautiful space. The basic ticket pays for costs of supplies. Any additional donations are very welcome, and 100% of donations go to park restoration projects. Here are some of the changes made possible by funds raised by last year’s Garden Party:
- Hoses and more to keep baby trees alive through the historic drought
- Poison ivy identification for removal throughout the main arboretum
- More perennials at the entrance gardens
- New benches in the lower arboretum
